Our deliveries are outsourced to an expedited delivery service providing a consistently fast and efficient service. All of our consignments are traceable from source to destination and for security purposes require a signature upon delivery - this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your items.
As standard we offer a kerbside delivery service of your products to your business or residence which does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup - unless you have specifically requested an installation service.
United Kingdom Deliveries
England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
We offer free delivery on all of our deliveries to England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). Our shopping basket defaults to United Kingdom delivery. If you require an alternative shipping location simply change the delivery option as required. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated to reflect the weight and location of your consignment.
Please note that due to courier limitations we are unable to offer a free next day delivery service for the whole of the United Kingdom.
We try our hardest to provide our customers with the most competitive shipping and handling service regardless of location. Unfortunately this makes our shipping calculations very complicated. If you would like to find out the delivery costs for your location please use our shipping charge calculator built into our shopping basket. Changing the delivery location will calculate an instant delivery charge.

Your delivery may arrive anytime between 7.00AM & 6.00PM, please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as there will be a redelivery charge at our standard delivery rates.
Unless an installation service is provided, large orders may be palletised for ease of transport and to mitigate any chance of damaging goods. In these events our couriers will be unable to open pallets and transport individual goods due to insurance purposes. Any pallets and packaging will be left with you to recycle or dispose of.
On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.
In the unlikely event you receive any damaged goods please advise us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01480 220311 within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged goods by email.
