See earlier comment. Again, your web offering seems to be unstructured; you have already asked me to comment.

Good product. Web ordering and use instructions need improving

Excellent product but fitting / operating instructions supplied are not adequate. When contacted, your support team were able to provide a video of how to fit and operate the chair, which solved all problems.
The website suggests that the chair can be bought with or without headrest. However, in selecting to buy the chair, the option is not offered so I ended up buying the headrest that I did not want for an extra sum. Unsatisfactory.
