Glossary

Self-assembly

Products will likely be flat packed, and the customer will be required to construct the unit. Instructions will be provided.

Fully Assembed

The product will arrive fully constructed in a box or packaged in a bag or alternately a two-man team will unpackage and construct the units at site and place where required.

Ground Floor Delivery

The order will be delivered to the entrance of the street level floor, unless palletised and will be a kerb side delivery.

Delivered to any Floor

A two-man team will bring the furniture to any floor. Please note that access details maybe requested after the order has been placed.

Delivered Next Working Day

If the order is placed and completed by 2pm the order will be delivered the next day between 9 and 5pm. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.

Delivered X-Y Working Days

The order will arrive at the shipping address between X and Y working days. The customer will receive a phone call to book this in.

All Packaging Removed

When the installation is completed the team will take all waste packaging from the site and destroy or recycle as suitable.

Choice of Installation Day

The installation will be booked in and completed on the date that has been specified in the special instructions during checkout.
