Nautilus Aura High Back Leather Executive Chair
This high back contemporary classic designer executive chair is upholstered in plush bonded leather and is suitable for both a workplace or home office environment. Offering detailed stitching design, a strong single piece chrome frame with rolled top and seat base with complementing integral chrome arms with bonded leather sleeves, it has a heavy duty gas lift 154 kilos (25 stone) for easy seat height adjustment, and a mechanism which allows the user to fully recline in the chair and is adjustable for individual - bodyweight (tension control) which can only be locked in the upright position. It is finished with a polished chrome spider base with twin wheel hooded castors.

Product is comfortable and looks great in my home office
Arrived damaged but sorted quickly
Goods arrived damaged however a replacement part was dispatched quickly and issue sorted within a few days. Once spare part received I if am very happy with the product

Easy to use, clear instructions, good tracking. Wide selection of colours and plenty of alternative chairs too.
1st class service
Arrived early by several days. Well packaged and clear warning against using sharp tools to open packaging. All parts of chair well protected. Easy to assemble. Chair looks beautiful and comfy to sit on.

No issue with the chair this is a solid product
Disappointed with product (desk)
The product (desk) did not come with the right parts to put the desk to the legs so I had to go and buy fixing to make this work - wouldn’t expect this for the money I paid
Additionally the delivery was 2 hours late passed the promised window which was annoying

I am very sorry that the fixing kit was missing with your desk, we would have contacted the manufacturers if you had let us know and got the fixing kit sent out to you asap, but do appreciate that this is very frustrating.
The Gentoo range would be considered our value range and is a great desk at a fantastic price with free delivery.
With regards to the ETA given to you for the delivery - this is only an estimated delivery time and although delivery drivers will do their very best to deliver to you and keep you updated, prior deliveries can run over which will affect subsequent deliverires such as yours and ETAs do get moved and the desk was delivered on time.
