Shop all Office Accessories

Our extensive selection of shelving comes equipped with a variety of accessories, such as filing frames, brackets, bookends, and uprights, making it the ideal storage solution for a variety of settings. This range is functional and versatile because it comes in a wide variety of sizes and finishes, making it suitable for a number of different applications.

The twin slot shelving system has found widespread application across the globe due to its suitability for use in settings such as workshops, factories, and warehouses. It merely requires shelves, brackets, and frames, and once those are in place, you are free to arrange the shelves in any configuration that best suits your needs. This shelving unit that is mounted on the wall is adjustable and can be used multiple times before needing to be replaced. As soon as you have your upright frames in position, you are free to position your brackets at any height you choose. If you find, after using the shelves for a while, that you want to move some of them up or down, all you have to do is unhook the brackets and reposition them in the new slot you want them to be in.

It is referred to as a twin slot system due to the fact that each frame has two columns of slots running from the top to the bottom. The secure mounting of the frame is ensured by the inclusion of two hooks within the brackets, which can be inserted into corresponding slots on the frame. It should come as no surprise that this shelving system is probably the most widely used one in the world because it is both flexible and versatile, and it can support a good level of weight.

How to select your shelving

Find a spot on the wall where you want to install your modular shelving system and mark it with a pencil. First, take measurements of the height and width of the area, and then use those numbers to figure out how many upright frames you'll need. If you want to make sure that the shelves are properly supported, we recommend that you space upright frames at least every 1.2 metres apart. You might want to cut back on this if you're stocking the shelves with items that are particularly weighty. Once you have decided how many frames you want and what colour you want them, the next thing you need to do is figure out how many shelves you want. If you have two upright frames, then each shelf will require two brackets to hold it in place. You will require an additional shelf bracket in proportion to the number of upright frames that you have in excess. For each shelf, you will require four brackets if, for instance, you have four upright frames that are attached to the wall. If you have three shelves, multiply that number by four to get 12, which is the number of brackets you will need.

Shelving Frames

Our frames are offered in a range of sizes, with the smallest measuring 430 millimetres in length and the largest measuring 1000 metres. They can be purchased in white, black, silver, or chrome, which are the four colours available to choose from. Because of the phosphate dip degreasing process and the polyester antibacterial powder coating finishing process, our twin slot uprights are suitable for a variety of settings, including kitchens, garages, garden sheds, and laboratories. The antibacterial coating also makes them resistant to bacteria, mould, and fungus.

Shelf Brackets

The width of your shelf will determine the size of the brackets that you need from our selection. Because they are available in sizes ranging from 120mm to 610mm, you are certain to find a bracket that is an excellent fit for the size of the shelves you have. In addition to this, you can use brackets as bookends or a filing frame in place of Bisley systems, which will enable you to store a seemingly endless amount of file rows. These are an excellent choice for businesses that are required to keep a significant amount of paper records or file storage facilities.
