Good chair and customer service with some problems
Good customer service and fast delivery (eventually).
Nautilus Westminster Leather Faced Executive Chair
So, this is a mixed review.
First, the chair is comfy and well made, feels like a quality chair.
Second, the people in customer service were great.
Now the poor side.. I paid to get the chair pre-built and had to contact the company after 7 days for a delivery update. At least they were honest and essentially said the dispatch note from the warehouse had been forgotten. If I hadn’t contacted them I’d still be waiting.
When the chair arrived one of the screw caps was missing and there is a mark across the back of the chair. Customer service dispatched a replacement set of screw covers which arrived next day, and also arranged a replacement chair back which arrived the next day also.
Now I have to dismantle and rebuild the chair, so I asked for a refund on the prebuilt option which was given.
I also have to dispose of the spare chair back myself (which my local council tip doesn’t accept).
To summarise then;
- the chair is comfy and good quality.
- good responsive customer service
- marred by a couple of inconveniences and emails back and forth.

Nautilus Lipped Studded Chair Mat for Carpet - 900 x 1200mm
Just the same as the last one, which only fell apart after about fifteen years of daily use. A must for the home office, or any office, where you have carpets and castor wheels on your computer chair. Back to rolling around with no effort, or damage to the carpet.

Good value chair for home office and leisure use.
Easy to order. Helpful customer service call, when in error I selected a Bank Holiday for delivery. Delivery was then on time and courier was helpful.

The chair arrived on time and in good condition. It was straightforward to put together. Some of the bolt holes had small amounts of the upholstery glue round the edges, but were easily cleared. The seat is well padded. The back is slightly more raked back than my previous chair, but it does have an element of lumbar support. It is good for watching videos etc, but I think might be less supportive if I did more office work, which needed more upright support. For the money it is good value for my current needs.

Smart, comfortable and well priced
The chairs arrived promptly. The staff at Office Furniture Direct were always willing to answer any questions, or help if any problems occurred. We would happily buy from them again.

Dams Prague - Conference Chair with Arms
These chairs are comfortable and smart. They are good value for money. They come flat-packed and are mostly okay to put together. I am relatively unskilled and was averaging about 20 minutes per chair. Bolting in the back of the chair was the only bit that didn't always go to plan.
