Service Options

Office Furniture Direct offer a range of products and services to suit our customers needs. As part of our comprehensive service options, we offer delivery to the UK mainland, Highlands and Islands. The service options include Standard Delivery, Next Day, Pre-Built and Installation to provide maximum convenience.

Standard Delivery

This service is our most cost-effective. Unless stated on the product, items will be delivered flat-packed for self-assembly. Deliveries are made to the ground floor or kerbside if delivered on pallets. It will be the customers responsibilty to dispose of all packaging, including pallets. Please note that if the delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, then a re-delivery charge may apply. 

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is the preferred option if you require the goods urgently. To use this express service, the order needs to be placed by 2PM (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday). As per the standard delivery, the goods will be flat-packed for self-assembly and the customer will need to dispose of all packaging. The deliveries will be made to ground floor or kerbside if the product are on pallets and will incur a re-delivery charge if it were to fail. 

Pre-Built

This pre-built service is a 'Good to Go' no hassle option. Typically, our chairs arrive flat-packed and ready for assembly. However, if you prefer we can pre-assemble the chair and conduct a final quality assurance check then deliver ready for use. The chair will arrive in either an box or be wrapped on a pallet, it will the be customers responsibility to dispose of all packaging.  

Installation

Fully installed is our white glove service and is ideal for the busy customer. The expert team of fitters will deliver the order to floor and room of choice, they will assemble the units and ensure that they are placed in the requested positions. Finally, they will remove all waste packaging from the site. The installation will be booked in with the customer over the phone and the customer will also receive an email confirmation when the order has been despatched.

Further Details

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8AM and 6PM, excluding bank holidays. Please note that if Saturday deliveries are required, please contact our sales team for a quotation. For deliveries outside of mainland UK please request a shipping cost from our sales team. Our team are always available to help answer any questions and provide further details.
