Poor quality control - returned damaged and unable to put it together
Faulty goods, poor quality control, had to pester for a refund
No tracking information provided for delivery unlike other furniture delivery firms so you have to wait in all day. Table arrived badly damaged and also faulty (leg holes didn't match up with table top). Courier collection was prompt but then had to chase them for a refund which took a while to arrive. Would not order from them again.

We are very sorry that the desk arrived faulty and can see that a collection was arranged at a convenient time for you. This was refunded as soon as the item was received back to the warehouse.
Tracking for next day palletised deliveries are 9am to 5pm as standard with most palletised deliveries. Unfortunately we are unable to offer better tracking for larger palletised items.
