Good quality desk, very easy to construct. Came very well packaged.
Good delivery but website communication and account setup needs work
Excellent delivery service itself, but the website needs some work with communication/account setup.
Upon making my order, I never received a confirmation email or details on when delivery would be made. Attempted to create an account with the email I used to pay (PayPal) and it said account already existed, but password resets provided me with no emails to set password - this process needs to be looked at!
Fortunately, delivery drivers sent me a text on the morning when delivery was expected and that was very helpful.
