It was quite difficult to unroll especially in view of the pointed studs but once I had flattened it out on the floor it worked fine.

The staff was very professional and assisted in finding the right product.
The delivery team was polite and efficient.
The only issue is someone should check the assembly instructions for the desk, and the brass inserts should be removed and use the plastic inserts instead, which I was forced to do when assembling the desk. Because when you invert the desk the brass inserts don't do the job, But the plastic inserts do.

The ordering and delivery team where excellent, the only issue I had was with assembly the brass inserts are completely useless, Fortunately there where extra plastic inserts supplied. May need to look again at this, plus the brass inserts supplied look nothing like item illustrated on assembly instructions, plus there was no plastic caps supplied to covers external screws.
But saying that I will consider ordering from them again as the Desk is of good quality.

Very efficient oredering and delivery. No tracking provided, and no notification of delivery window, which could have caused problems....

I can see that our customer service team emailed you your delivery information, letting you know which day your delivery was being delivered. DPD also send their tracking information directly to customers either via email or by text message, so I am surprised to hear that you did not receive this. Sometimes the information can unfortunately go into junk mail and get missed also, so it is always worth checking this too.
I am very pleased that even though you didn't have the tracking information you were able to be in, to receive your new chair and no problems arose.

Good price, good quality chair, assembly straightforward, delivered very quickly. Only comment was that delivery company were supposed to tell me the time window for delivery, but did not. That could have gone wrong....

Placed order on Thursday, received on Friday. Excellent service! As yet, only managed to build 2 of the 3 chairs we purchased, but so far very happy. These are large chairs and feel both robust and comfortable.

Missing screw pack in parcel, loosely packaged but arrived undamaged. Chair is of good quality, quite and wheels are smooth running. Head rest cannot be adjusted for taller persons.
